
I am Stella Muntyán, an internationally renowned pizzaiola (pizza chef) and instructor with a passion for preserving and developing the traditions of Neapolitan pizza I started my professional journey in Naples, where I obtained my pizzaiola qualification in May 2023 from Master Fabio Cristiano at Antica da Gennaro a Bagnoli pizzeria.
In February 2024 in Caserta, during Antonio Silvestri's masterclass, I further deepened my knowledge of sourdough breads and special pastas, becoming more skilled in techniques such as biga-polish ciabatta, tartina bread, panettone and high hydration (up to 92%) pasta. I also learnt to make delicacies such as cornetto, pain au chocolat, cruffin and Lafayette roll, while mastering different styles of pizza such as pizza alla pala, in teglia alla romana, pizza scrocchiarella, pizza baciata and pinsa.
In May 2024 I obtained my Master Teacher qualification in Naples and became an official instructor at the Scuola di Pizzaiola. And in November, I took third place in the Pizza Gourmet category at the 10th Campionato Mondiale PizzaDoc World Championship, one of the most outstanding awards of my career. In the same year, I also successfully completed the Accademia Nazionale Pizza DOC Master Teacher Training in Salerno, becoming an official Master Teacher of the Academy.
As a private pizza chef, I offer an exclusive gastronomic experience for family, friends and corporate events. My pizzas are made with premium quality Italian ingredients, with pre-dough or sourdough, and aged for a minimum of 48 hours. This technology not only provides unparalleled flavour, but also offers easier digestibility through the breakdown of gluten and natural sugars.
For me, pizza is more than a food - it's an art that I share with passion and expertise with my guests. My events offer a true culinary journey, where participants not only enjoy the flavours of authentic Neapolitan pizza, but also learn about its centuries-old history and traditions. My interactive events give guests an insight into the pizza making process, ask questions and even try making pizza themselves.
My aim is to provide an unforgettable experience for all participants - a gastronomic adventure that will entertain, educate and bring the magic of Neapolitan pizza culture closer together. Taste and fun are guaranteed to meet at every event!
